The V&V Walsh plant is strategically located at Bunbury, in Western Australia's south west. We have immediate access to the nation's major livestock growth area. Bunbury is also only 2 hours away from Western Australia's capital city, Perth.

V&V Walsh exports premium lamb, sheep and beef products to markets throughout the world. The V&V Walsh plant can slaughter 3500 lambs and mutton per day of which approximately half is boned and packed on-site. Our plant also has a capacity to slaughter 400 head of cattle per day and has the ability to bone and process 300 beef carcasses per day.

At V&V Walsh we also process all of our own sheep and lamb skins and by-products. The skins are graded when green, salted and packed ready for shipment to anywhere in the world. Additionally, our fully accredited rendering plant at the abattoirs produces high quality tallow, meat meal and blood meal.

Our Beijing Office

V&V Walsh has a representative office in Beijing to ensure the smooth delivery of our products. Chief Executive, Linda Shen, has been operating our Beijing office for many years now, and is available to provide advice on our range of skins, meat and by-products, as well as processing your orders.
