Amelia Park Lamb is young Australian lamb from one of the world’s cleanest environments.
All Amelia Park Lambs are very young animals – between only 5 months and 12 months old. They are grown in the South-West of Western Australia, a region recognised for its clean and pristine environment, and one of the most pest and disease-free areas in the world.
Lambs grow amongst vast open spaces on farms with rich green pastures in stress-free environments.
Our lambs are all finished on high nutritional diets that ensures Amelia Park Lamb is consistent and always tender and succulent.

YOUNG AUSTRALIAN LAMB
Young Australian Lamb has so many great benefits. Being very young the meat does not have the usual strong taste and odour that may normally be associated with other sheep meat. The taste of young lamb is mild but full of wonderful flavour. Young lamb guarantees the meat will always be very tender and succulent to eat. Lamb is also packed full of nutrition including protein and iron and very easy to digest, assisting with muscle growth and good health.
Chilled Lamb has never been frozen, retaining all the wonderful flavour and moister of fresh Australian lamb.
All Amelia Park Lamb is Vacuum Sealed in packaging that removes all the air and seals in the freshness. In this form of packaging the lamb remains fresh in refrigeration for weeks and actually becomes more tender by a process known as ‘aging’.
Removing the meat from the packaging makes it so easy and convenient to use in your favourite lamb dishes.
